is a British automotive company that manufactures sports cars and racing cars. It
is a UK based company that has slowly evolved with exceptional formula one
racing records. Lotus cars include the Esprit, Elan, Europa, Elise, Exige,
Evora and Evija. EVIJA means the first one in existence. Lotus Evija is an
electric car introduced in July 2019 and the production of this electric car will
be limited to 130 units. Lotus made this purely electric car with 2000hp with
top speed of 200 miles an hour that reaches 62 miles an hour in less than 3
seconds. It comes with 2000kv lithium battery that has an electric range of
400km. on each axle is an electric motor that produces almost 500hp at each tyre.
This electric car can be fully charged in 18 minutes. Lotus focused on 3
important brand pillars while the production of this vehicle that is
Aerodynamic efficiency, light weighting and driving dynamics which is designed
in such a way that air flows through the vehicle as well as on top of it. It comes
with DRS flaps that act as a Drag Reduction
System at
high speeds. One of the great innovations this vehicle has is that it is the first
electric car that comes with really high quality cameras on the side doors
instead of rear view mirrors which pop in and out of the doors. This car is
designed with intriguing sculptures with carbon fiber interior that gives a
very beautiful and sleek look of the inside of the car. The legroom and over
all inside of the car is really spacious compared to all other super cars.
